I went through a bankruptcy several years ago. I have no liens nor do I owe anyone money. I am now getting my feet back on the ground and now I was involved in an accident and I’m looking for a way to get some money out of my case before it reaches a settlement. If I apply online with your company will I at least have a chance of getting a pre settlement funding with your group?
The car accident happened in Illinois, Chicago and the driver doesn’t have much money. My attorney told me that we would go ahead and sue their insurance company. I have full coverage for my car but the driver from the other car doesn’t have a great policy. My attorney told me we could sue the insurance company but we aren’t very sure how much we are going to get from the policy and we may have to sue the driver if the amount of the insurance doesn’t exceed the amount of money I should eventually get. If I decide to try to get a lawsuit cash advance for my car accident will I get approved if the insurance policy from the other driver who hit me doesn’t have a great policy?
My personal injury case just settled this week and my attorney told me it could take another 30-60 days before I can get my money. I’m not sure because since my case has already settled does that mean I won’t qualify for pre settlement funding or can I get some sort of cash advance against my settlement? I was told by a friend that because the personal injury settled I may not be able to get funding.
Do I have to sell my whole settlement or only part of the settlement? the case is a workers comp case and I’m located in the South Carolina so I know I can do it.
I was involved in a car accident in California (Los Angeles) and I’m seeking lawsuit funding. My accident occurred as a 3 car pile up. I was going north and I was hit behind causing my vehicle to hit the car (pick-up truck) in front of me. The case has been a huge hassle because of the insurance situation. While at first I tried to handle the case myself it was an overburden to me and I felt like I wasn’t getting treated fairly. I decided to hire an attorney several weeks ago. After discussing my case with my attorney I’m beginning to realize that this case could take some time. I just don’t have the means to wait for cash so I’m contacting you for additional information. I talked to my attorney and he told me he wasn’t able to provide a lawsuit cash advance for my case. He mentioned Law Leaf and told me to contact your company regarding my situation.
I need to know first because I hit the car in front of me whether it would be null and void and if I would be able to apply for an advance. Second please give me a range of how much interest a company may charge if I was approved for a lawsuit loan.
I am looking for a personal injury lawyer in Minnesota / Minneapolis area willing to advance me money for a case. Can anyone please recommend an attorney within this region willing to front me cash while taking my case.
I don’t want to work with an lawsuit funding companies especially if the attorney can front me money.
I live in Atlanta, Georgia and I’m looking for a company in my vicinity that is willing to take a look at my personal injury case. I read over the other information and you say put a request in the comment area. Do you want me to put this request in there or what?
The case is for a car accident.
If I were to apply for lawsuit funding for a second time would I have a chance of getting approved?
I’ve already gotten funding from a company and they told me that they would charge an additional rate if they decided which isn’t 100% and the interest was already pretty high for the first amount or first loan.
I live in Nashua New Hampshire
I was involved in a car accident in the state of Delaware. I am actually from New Jersey and I was heading southbound. I am currently getting an attorney that will handle my case. My question is do I need an attorney to apply for lawsuit funding because I’m also considering just trying to work a payment out with the insurance company but I do understand that it could take a little time. I’m not sure whether it really matters where I’m from but the accident did happen in Delaware and I will be filing my case with an attorney in Delaware if I decide to hire an attorney.
If i was involved in a boat accident and if I decided to apply for lawsuit funding (before the settlement and not after) what type of information do I have to provide to you? I hired a lawyer a few weeks ago and he needs to know what I need in order to get some sort of funding out of this case. Thanks
I live in Maine
I reside in Kansas now but my case is in Massachusetts. I recently moved from Boston where my injury occurred. I moved to Kansas last month. I have been in contact with my attorney and he suggested that while my case was processing I seek a lawsuit cash advance ie. presettlement funding because I really need money. My first thought was to take the first offer from the insurance company but my attorney talked with me and told me that the offer was very weak and he believed that he could get more money either by making a counter offer or taking it the distance.
I looked online for several companies and all these companies are located everywhere but in Kansas. I really need the money and would like to know if you have any lenders that due business or would advance me money within the state of Kansas. (again the accident occurred in Mass.)
Thank you for a quick reply!
I live in Baltimore, Maryland and I’ve recently hired a personal injury lawyer that is trying to settle my case. Over the last several months I’ve been tested and my apartment has been tested for toxic mold. My symptoms are consistent with toxic mold cases. We’ve also had my apartment tested by a 3rd party and indeed the result came back positive. I’ve accrued thousands of dollars in expenses and I’ve lost weeks from my job both for check-ups and being out sick. I’ve since left my apartment complex and had to pay for movers as well.
I’ve read that many companies do not provide lawsuit funding for toxic mold cases but I came across your site tonight. I’ve outlined my case to you and have the necessary documentation stated on your website. I would like to know what is the likelihood of me or even the chances of getting some sort of lawsuit cash advance for my case?
My attorney told me I may have a hard time finding a company that would be willing to provide pre settlement funding but it was worth a shot because I’m truly in a financial bind. Can you please let me know if I have a chance?
I was fired for my job earlier this year and have yet to find a position with another company. I’ve contacted an attorney whom I’ve hired to help me sue the company for wrongfully terminating me from my position in which I held for several years. We are nearing an end to a very long dispute and I’m going to get a very nice cash settlement out of the case. I’ve been looking in the past for some sort of lawsuit cash advance for my case. I looked you your site and I didn’t see anything about wrongful termination lawsuit funding but I do see that you provide funding services for cases involving contingency fee basis lawyer which I have. Can you let me know if you work with any lenders whom provide lawsuit advances for wrongful termination cases?
I’m from Idaho Falls, ID
I am in a a very bad position right now financially. While I haven’t yet lost my job, my expenses are increasing and my net worth is decreasing quickly. I’ve searched several different financial outlets to help supplement my now reduced salary. As I was reading today about loan options I noticed that there are companies located throughout the US that offer “non recourse” funding for pre settlement lawsuits. It is my understanding that if you are involved in an accident you can claim money before a case can settle or a verdict is reached. My question is does your company or do you know of any other companys that may offer non recourse funding for a business idea? If so can you please forward me the information.
I’m thinking about signing up for lawsuit funding for a truck accident. I was involved in an accident and my car is totaled. I walked out of the accident within injuries to my legs and whip lash. I’ve just recently hired a lawyer to represent me. If I decide to apply how much money will I get for the pre settlement loan? The accident occurred in Manchester, New Hampshire so the case will need to be funded out of that state.
I’m not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question but I’m assuming everyone here have a little experience. I was in a personal injury case last year and my case was lost. The decision that was handed down was that my case was not strong enough and that the injury was caused due to my own negligence! When my attorney left he told me that I wasn’t going to get money from my case even though I had paid out of pocket for a lot of stuff before it ended. If I already lost and my personal injury lawyer told me that the case was lost how can he tell me that I’m not getting money when I had to pay out of my pocket.
I think my personal injury lawyer didn’t take my case serious and I’m not even sure if I didn’t really get money out of this case. I’m from Wyoming.
My wife applied for a lawsuit cash advance several days ago with Law leaf. She has not yet heard back from a lender whether she has qualified for the cash advance or not. How long does it generally take before we will know whether she is going to get the money or not and do you know if they will give her the amount of money she is requesting?
