Personal Injury Pre Settlement Baton Rouge
I live in Baton Rouge, LA and I have filed a personal injury claim with the help of my lawyer. The owner of the SUV claimed he did not hear me after he hit me but I think he paniced and took off. He was stopped by a car at the end of the parking lot after a car got in front of him. It ended up the guy was driving his fathers car and we think that maybe he wasn’t allowed or something like that. Regardless, we are suing the insurance company of the owner of the car. I was slammed an I messed up my hip pretty badly. I am not the youngest guy around so my injury was pretty substantial.
