Structured Settlement Cash
I am looking for structured settlement cash for about 3 years of ongoing payments that are owed to me through an insurance company. The checks are very sizable and while I chose a structured settlement several years ago I really need the cash now so I’m looking to sell it. I had a friend of mine get an advance from your company for a personal injury but that was before a settlement. I have two different questions I would like to ask your firm. The first question is while I know you offer settlement advances before a case settles does your copmany offer structured settlement purchases for payments coming from an insurance company? I’m considering selling the full payout of the structured settlement although depending upon how much it costs, I would also consider a partial payment plan as well. My last question is how long does it take to get the cash out? I know for the other type of funding it only took a few days but I read something about these cases taking up to a month because of the processes behind them. If you can let me know what the estimated time frame is for getting cash for a structured settlement it would be much appreciated. I’m assuming that if you do provide this type of funding you would be able to work with clients in the state of Illinois correct? I really appreciate a quick response to my question and I will give your firm the first chance since my friend recommended your service.
